Food Drives One Way to Help

On May 14, Nacogdoches HOPE was one of the food pantries that received donated dry goods from the Day of Giving sponsored by the US Post Office. HOPE received about 3684 pounds of food! Wow! HOPE loaded up our van stored it in our Resource Center. Today, United Methodist Church, led by Abbey Weaver, helped us sort and store ALL of this food! These young people worked hard and fast and helped us organize the food so that we can now distribute it to our clients!!! Thanks to the USPO, FUMC, and the citizens of Nacogdoches for the donations and help which will enable HOPE to provide meals for families in Nacogdoches County!

What a blessing to so many!
